PACE staff provided the civil design for the city’s Public Services Center. The five-acre site layout consists of a 27,000 SF administration building and four maintenance buildings. Services included site grading, stormwater, potable water, fire suppression, and sanitary sewer utilities. The stormwater system includes two oil/water separators and two water-quality basins designed to treat, retain, and infiltrate up to a 10-year storm event.
