The district has ongoing supply capacity limitations and a poor-quality water source. PACE provided a Preliminary Engineering Report to update and expand the district’s water master plan with additional emphasis on development, evaluation, and recommendations to address water supply needs. The recommended plan was an alternate supply through an intertie with the City of Garibaldi.
