PACE designed, analyzed, and developed the final plans for constructing 1.5 miles of Hylebos Creek, one mile of Surprise Lake Tributary, five new fish passage crossings, and approximately 190 acres of new floodplain, riparian area, and side channels and back channels. Our work included channel grading and the design and layout of habitat features. We used a large two-dimensional tidally influenced unsteady flow model to analyze complex construction phasing scenarios.
PACE provides stormwater engineering services, including enhanced runoff treatment, flow control, conveyance, and inspection of existing stormwater systems, as well as managing temporary erosion and sediment control and drainage during construction.
