PACE prepared plans and specifications for replacing approximately 11,000 LF of existing 8-inch gravity sewer mains by pipe bursting and open-cut installation, 63 existing manholes, and side sewers with 6-inch PVC in a residential neighborhood in Des Moines. PACE provided preliminary and final designs, permitting, SEPA compliance, bid assistance, construction administration, and as-built drawings in GIS format. Our surveying services included mapping suburban right-of-way/easement corridor, including approximately 250 individual tax parcels. PACE survey crews located plat monuments and section corners, as required, to determine boundaries and rights-of-way.
