PACE staff prepared a preliminary design report, including construction costs and recommendations for improvements, to estimate wastewater flows to four pump stations for the city’s 20-year planning and ultimate development scenarios. PACE provided design for upgrades to three of the pump stations; the fourth station was abandoned and 2,000 LF of new 8-inch gravity sewer was constructed to bypass the station. Additional services included funding support and environmental permitting.
