The project consisted of the construction of 173 single-family residential lots over approximately 25 acres in unincorporated Snohomish County, near Bothell. The project included a central park area, preservation of interior and adjacent wetland systems, arterial frontage improvements, and connections to two adjoining plats. The project had grading challenges due to an unusually large amount of organic soil present on the site. An earthwork balance was provided in the design, so no import or export of material was required. The project also included the design of two large underground stormwater detention and treatment facilities. Services included civil engineering design and construction support to the developer and site contractor.
