PACE provided civil engineering and landscape design for developing approximately 0.5 acres for a HomeStreet Bank branch on South Union Avenue NE in Tacoma, WA. Services included a demolition plan, finish grade and storm drainage, domestic water and fire service, sanitary sewer, stormwater management, and a landscape plan, irrigation plan, and landscape calculations. Part of the project included incorporating a large rain garden stormwater facility into the parking lot landscape for water quality. Also included were coordination meetings and construction administration services, including site visits and as-built drawings.
