PACE provided civil design for an eight-story mixed-use building in Lower Queen Anne. Services included frontage improvements; routing for domestic water, fire, and sanitary services; grading entries to meet ADA requirements; and designing the driveway ramp to provide a smooth vehicular transition from the underground parking area to the alley.
