PACE provided civil design for an 8-story mixed-use building in Lower Queen Anne. Services included frontage improvements; routing for domestic water, fire, and sanitary services; grading of the entries to meet ADA requirements; and design of the driveway ramp to provide smooth vehicular transition from the underground parking area to the alley.
