Centerpoint Integrated Solutions sought comprehensive civil engineering and surveying solutions to optimize the development of a new Floor and Décor brick-and-mortar store. Drawing upon insights from the City of Beaverton, the project required meticulous planning to navigate land use approvals. The project site was the undeveloped Phase 2 portion of a recently approved Allen Blvd Commercial Development Project. The prior phase did not provide a strategy for managing this property’s onsite stormwater quality and quantity requirements. PACE delivered a holistic package of civil engineering, land surveying, construction services, and permitting support to ensure regulatory compliance.
