The Culbertson Drive Water Line project integrates civil engineering and surveying services to enhance water infrastructure in alignment with the District’s Capital Improvement Plan. Our comprehensive approach establishes precise survey control and detailed topographic mapping and creates a comprehensive basemap using advanced technology. This groundwork informed the design of a new eight-inch diameter waterline and structural solutions for safe creek crossings.

PACE’s engineers assisted in obtaining necessary permits and prepared comprehensive contract documents to facilitate the construction bidding process. Our team oversaw activities, managed communications with contractors, and ensured project quality and compliance throughout construction. We handled all necessary documentation and prepared record drawings post-construction, ensuring a seamless project close-out. Our project approach prioritized collaboration, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. We delivered a successful project that met the District’s objectives and enhanced community water infrastructure while adhering to regulatory requirements.
