Phase 1 of this two-phase project included condition assessment of seven 1940s-vintage timber buildings to determine the feasibility of upgrading the structures for leasing potential. Phase 2 included designing upgrades to six existing buildings and 11 new buildings. PACE provided planning, structural design, and construction-phase services for upgrading the existing POTB offices and old-growth post-and-beam-style warehouse buildings and the construction of three warehouse/condo buildings, a four-building complex, and a three-building shop and maintenance facility.
