This project created a new flyover connection between the future HOT Lanes on I-405 and the HOT Lanes on SR 167 at one of the most heavily congested interchanges in the state. It included the design of a 195-LF, 14.7-foot span fish passable aluminum structural plate pipe arch and 1,400 feet of Rolling Hills Creek Stream reconstruction. Reconstruction included woody debris design for habitat enhancement and bioengineered bank protection and incorporating stream meander and ripple-pool features. PACE provided stormwater management, TESC, water resources, utilities, and permitting support.
