This project spans more than 190 tax lots and approximately 5,000 acres and entailed dividing PSE land into multiple tracts. PACE’s tasks included staking new property lines and setting property corners, writing legal descriptions, conducting ALTA surveys and boundary line adjustments, and coordinating with PSE and the proposed purchasers.
