PACE facilitated the proposed development of an 81-unit townhome project by providing comprehensive surveying and engineering services on 15 single-family parcels strategically located near the future 145th Street Light Rail Station, enhancing accessibility and connectivity.
Our team provided civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and construction administration services. Our surveying tasks involved boundary and topographic mapping, ALTA surveys, lot mergers and boundary line adjustments, and construction surveying and staking. Our civil team provided this project’s conceptual, entitlement, and construction documents, including existing conditions, Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control, site plan and horizontal control, grading and drainage, utilities, tree retention, water and sewer design, and frontage improvements.
Stormwater management for the project was provided by six separate underground detention and water quality treatment systems before entering the City’s storm system.
The offsite roadway improvements included pavement widening, new curb, gutter, planter strips, sidewalk, and utility additions and adjustments along 1st Avenue NE and N 147th Street.
The landscape architecture services encompassed the design of open spaces, site structures, furnishings, fencing, lighting, and offsite landscaping, including right-of-way planter strips, trees, and irrigation. This project is conveniently located near the future 145th Street Light Rail Station, promoting enhanced accessibility and connectivity.
