PACE provided civil engineering and land surveying services for the design and bidding of the new South Lake Stevens Regional Lift Station on an approximate 10,000-SF lot in unincorporated Snohomish County, WA. The new lift station is a wet pit/dry pit lift station equipped with two pumps, each with a capacity of 1,550 gpm. The design also includes 1,500 LF of 10-inch force main, 800 LF of new 12-inch gravity sewer main; and 600 LF of new 8-inch sewer. The lift station was designed in accordance with Lake Stevens Sewer District, Washington State Department of Ecology, Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, Snohomish County, and other applicable requirements. PACE also provided construction management and full-time construction observation for this project.
