PACE provided survey and civil engineering design for improving walking routes at seven elementary school locations with missing sidewalk links. This was a Washington State Department of Transportation grant-funded project. Key elements included compliance with LAG Manual and WSDOT grant-funding requirements, coordination with residences on property impacts, and matching the proposed sidewalk geometrics with the existing topography.
