PACE provided on-call engineering services to repair stormwater conveyance piping throughout the city’s urban growth area. The sites were selected based on pavement restoration requirements, type of failure, and funding. PACE’s services included sub-basin hydrologic modeling, condition and capacity evaluation, conveyance system hydraulic modeling, alternatives analysis, bid documents, Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (CSWPPP), and SEPA checklists. The projects demanded expedited schedules to comply with planned overlay and roadway improvement projects.
