PACE was part of a multi-firm engineering team that provided preliminary hydraulic designs and oversaw eight of the 70 sites under this contract. Four of the sites were in Kitsap County. The design process covers all major aspects of stream restoration design, including site hydrology, minimum hydraulic opening, streambed material design, channel complexity feature design, preliminary scour and lateral migration risk, conceptual large-woody material design, and flood risk assessment.
