PACE provides plan review services for a variety of municipal agencies, and on a daily basis for many of our ongoing clients. Our level of involvement is strictly based on client needs during the application phase, permit phase, and final plat phase. Moreover, our program is easily tailored to meet specific client expectations. We perform development review services for a variety of different land uses including residential short and long plats, commercial, and mixed use, including live/work developments. PACE provides engineering review of land development applications on behalf of municipal and utility clients in an efficient and consistent manner. Review costs for each development project are tracked separately, allowing clients to pass through all review fees to the developers. Developments reviewed range from two-lot short plats to 200-unit complexes and retail/commercial centers.
