PACE prepared a Long-Range Capital Asset Renewal and Replacement Plan for the city that also served as an update to the city’s water master plan. PACE gathered and reviewed data, reviewed the system’s history and existing conditions, and performed a system evaluation to develop a CIP. The final plan provides documentation of system operations, historic and anticipated demand, and identifies CIPs for the next 20 years.
