The Woodland development consists of approximately 23 single-family homes, ranging in size from 2,000 to 4,000 SF. PACE identified development potential by providing a feasibility study, including a conceptual site plan that details lot footprints; vehicular circulation; existing utility service locations; critical areas, aquatic features, and buffers; and a storm drainage concept.
