Heritage Glen is a 38-lot subdivision in Renton, WA. PACE staff reviewed the preliminary plat developed by another engineering firm and was able to obtain an extra lot for the developer while completing the construction documents for the project. We also worked closely with the developer and the architect to perfect the lot layout and grading design to suit the chosen house plans for each lot.
