PACE designed a new 300,000-gallon pre-stressed concrete reservoir, a new booster pump station, and 1,500 GPM vertical turbine can pumps. PACE’s scope of work for this federally funded project included project planning, funding assistance, design engineering, bid assistance, contract administration, alternative analysis/life-cycle cost comparison, and construction management assistance.
