The project improved downtown Leavenworth by reconstructing approximately 1,200 LF of roadway along Front Street and 350 LF of roadway along Division Street, including repaving the roadway, reconstructing sidewalks, adding landscape features, and providing irrigation and lighting. The project team developed the concept map, artistic renderings, and construction documents and provided bid assistance for the project.
PACE surveyors provided right-of-way mapping and boundary location for road and utility improvements along Front Street, including performing boundary research and determination for street right-of-way and adjoining parcels, field surveys, boundary calculations, and preparing survey maps.
