PACE provided a feasibility study for this 18-unit townhome community. The two- to three-story homes will range in size from 1,800 to 2,400 SF. PACE prepared a preliminary conceptual site plan that shows the building/lot footprints, vehicular circulation, and critical areas. In addition, we provided a storm drainage assessment, a schematic utility plan for on-site and off-site utilities, and a schematic grading plan for the developer to use for pricing.
