This project brought 500 miles of broadband network infrastructure to southern Pend Oreille County properties. An ARRA grant funded the project. PACE provided the Washington State Department of Transportation with right-of-way base drawings, field mapping of existing and proposed features, legal descriptions, and easements. Lease descriptions and records of surveys for crossing state-owned lands (five water bodies and three upland crossings) were submitted to the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for review.
