This plan determined the adequacy of the district’s existing water and sewer systems—encompassing approximately 5.7 and 4.9 square miles, respectively—to meet existing and projected needs of the district. The plan was prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the operation of public water and sewer systems as administered by the Washington State Department of Health and Department of Ecology and the codes and policies of all other agencies having jurisdiction.
