PACE provided topographic and boundary surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture design for the Bel-Kirk 520 Office Hub Building. Civil work included site grading, wall and stair design, and utility design. Landscape architecture work included cast in place concrete seat benches, planting design, irrigation design, and monument sign planting design. PACE provided construction support for both civil engineering and landscape design, as well as all construction survey staking for the project.
