PACE facilitated the development of a mixed-use project in Bothell, spanning ten parcels totaling approximately 8.5 acres. The project involved constructing four mixed-use buildings, widening existing roadways, and implementing new road, storm, sewer, and water improvements, along with ADA facility connections to a regional pedestrian trail.
Our team provided on-call engineering services, construction staking, and as-built surveys to address construction issues and changes in Phases 1a and 2b. For Phases 1b and 2a, PACE was responsible for the engineering design and construction staking, culminating in the successful completion of the final two buildings.
This phased approach ensured seamless integration and completion of the development, enhancing infrastructure and connectivity for the community.
