This mall renovation and expansion project featured a new Nordstrom department store, a new 16-screen cinema, four new stand-alone restaurants, and a new urban village outdoor mall. Two multi-level parking garages and site modifications were completed to provide the required parking for the site. The existing stormwater detention pond was modified to meet new requirements and several mall entrances were improved to mitigate project traffic impacts. The project included site layout, grading, water and sewer design, and storm conveyance. Construction administration and construction support were provided for all the site work.
