We are excited to announce the addition of Principal Surveyor, Taylor Schulte, PLS, a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Washington, Oregon, and Minnesota. Schulte brings 21 years of technical knowledge and leadership to PACE’s survey team. He has managed complex survey projects across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on public improvements for local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private development projects, educational facilities, parks, and trails. His expertise includes managing boundary mapping, topographic surveying, 3D laser scanning, construction staking, condominium surveys, and ALTA surveys.

Published in 2024, Schulte co-authored the survey chapter of the 5th Edition of the Washington Real Property Deskbook by the Washington State Bar Association. His contributions about Surveys, Land Descriptions, and Boundaries help assist legal practitioners in reading and determining property boundaries.
