PACE conducted onsite wetland and stream delineation to assist the client in obtaining permits from Snohomish County to construct a single-family residence. We collaborated with the client to identify the most optimal location for the proposed residence. PACE’s ecologists and landscape design team prepared the mitigation and planting plans for approval by the county.
