Penhallegon and Associates Consulting Engineers (PACE) is a distinguished consulting engineering firm providing exceptional services since its establishment in 1992 by the visionary Marty Penhallegon. With a commitment to excellence, we rebranded ourselves as PACE Engineers, Inc. in 2005, solidifying our position as industry leaders.

We have continuously expanded in size, geographical reach, and the range of services we offer for water, land, infrastructure, and facilities. Our growth has been fueled by strategic acquisitions and the recruitment of top talent, transforming into a multidisciplinary technical engineering firm with a strong presence in the Northwest region. While our rich history has shaped our values, we enthusiastically embrace future opportunities, confident in what we can achieve together.

Our robust team includes accountants, administrative professionals, business development and marketing experts, civil engineers, environmental scientists, GIS analysts, human resources and talent acquisition professionals, IT professionals, land surveyors, landscape architects, permitting specialists, planners, and Professional Wetland Scientists.
