PACE's New Associate Stockholders!

We are excited to announce eight new Associate Stockholders!

Our new stockholders have shown a strong desire for personal success and make decisions based on the best interests of their clients and the firm. Champions of efficient processes and productive outcomes, they find optimized solutions for PACE’s clients. These individuals have stood out for their honest, respectful, prompt, and effective communication with clients and peers.

 

Deneise Kopetzky is our Business Development Director and a member of PACE’s Executive Leadership Team. Joining PACE in 2020, her nearly 20 years of experience and expertise in communication and building relationships is an asset to PACE. Deneise works with each technical department and service line to create actionable business development plans to achieve our company goals.

Tiffany Hotinger, PE, is a Project Engineer in our Heavy Civil Engineering Group. Tiffany joined PACE in 2019 with over 11 years of experience. She has grown under the direct leadership and mentorship of many experienced stormwater engineers on WSDOT, municipal, and residential projects. Tiffany, in turn, guides younger engineers in WSDOT stormwater and now mentors’ junior staff in their career development.

Pat Kohlbrenner, PE, is a Project Manager in our Municipal Engineering Group. Pat joined PACE four years ago and brings ten years of experience working with utility projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and water and sewer systems. He specializes in new and rehabilitated sanitary sewer lift stations.

Pam Cobley, ENV SP, is the Municipal Department Manager overseeing PACE’s largest service line. Pam has over 22 years of experience in project management, community and inter-governmental relations, easement acquisition, grant writing, funding acquisition, and comprehensive planning. Two of her greatest accomplishments include: completing a public information plan for a $36 million sewer plan and successfully obtaining over $40 million in design and construction funding for various clients.

Bill Hawkins, PLS, is a Senior Principal Surveyor leading our Land Development Survey Group. Since joining PACE in 2006, he has been responsible for numerous boundary and topographic surveys, short plats, formal plats, and the creation of condominiums. With more than 30 years of experience, Bill has overseen large and small residential, commercial, and municipal construction surveys.

Ben Montgomery is a CADD Manager in our Technology Services Department. Ben has 19 years of experience and joined PACE 17 years ago. He has experience in land surveying and civil engineering drafting and design. Ben is proficient in preparing CADD drawings for residential/commercial planning, roadway, permit, and utility plans, including telecommunications.

Stephanie Langlois, PE, is a Project Engineer in our Heavy Civil Engineering Group. She has seven years of civil engineering experience and specializes in stormwater management design for WSDOT design-bid-build and design-build projects. Stephanie’s recent experience includes providing drainage designs for WSDOT’s SR 509 project, part of the Puget Sound Gateway program.

Matt Pillsbury is the Technology Services Manager managing PACE’s drafting team and providing technical support, drafting, and modeling to the structural engineering team. Solving daily challenges has kept him in this industry for over 25 years. Matt’s experience includes drafting, design, and documentation, but his true passion is working on large-scale projects.
