Our planning department specializes in comprehensive water, sewer and stormwater plans. Although our planning documents comply with regulatory requirements, our primary goal is to develop detailed, useful and relevant plans that our clients can use every day. Our expertise at assessing and forecasting the needs of our clients helps PACE planners create strategies for improvement and expansion, which are tailored for future growth.

PACE planners are extremely successful at developing realistic financing for our clients, including strategies for rate setting and securing low-interest loans, grants and local improvement district funding.

Because our comprehensive plans are often the first step in long-term relationships with our clients, our planners work to identify efficient strategies for collaborating with other PACE divisions as needed by looking at present and future needs of each client and every project.
