PACE provided the initial ALTA survey and base mapping for the design of The Bravern. Our work included two boundary line adjustments, a binding site plan, and initial grid line control and monitoring. As-built information on sidewalk slope, storm drainage, water service, and building height were surveyed with exhibits prepared to meet city requirements. PACE also provided as-builts of columns and floor elevations of The Bravern Tower 2.
