Dieringer School District, Lake Tapps Elementary School. PACE was responsible for demolition, temporary erosion and sedimentation control, grading, storm drainage, water design, and construction administration, for the new 52,000 square foot primary education facility with associated parking and bus loading areas on approximately 22.5 acres in Sumner, Washington.  PACE reviewed and assisted the coordination of permit applications, including Conditional Use, SEPA Checklist and NPDES.  In order to eliminate the need for an onsite septic system, PACE also performed the research and preparation of a report addressing the feasibility of participating in the extension of and connection to the public sanitary sewer system from the City of Auburn.  After coordinating an interlocal agreement between the cities of Auburn and Bonney Lake the design for sanitary sewer service to a future extension of Auburn's system was completed.  A temporary pump and disposal system was implemented for the school for several months until the public extension was completed and a connection to the public sewer system could be made.
