Founded in 1992, we began with a small staff that had many years of engineering experience in the Pacific Northwest. We have expanded our expertise over the years to build a multi-disciplinary team that is capable of offering our clients a complete package of services to both the private and public sectors.

Today, we are a company with approximately 120 professionals with offices in Kirkland and Seattle, Washington and Oregon City, Oregon. As we have grown each new staff member has added to our depth and knowledge making us a leader in our industry. Because of our culture many of our employees have been part of our winning team since we opened our doors for business.

Our clients include numerous special-purpose districts such as water and sewer districts, government entities, many development companies, and architects.
